Terms of Service

2.1 Account Types: We offer three types of accounts:

• Student Accounts: For purchasing and downloading projects
• Developer Accounts: For submitting and selling projects
• Admin Accounts: For platform management (by invitation only)

2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

3.1 Project Purchases:

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds due to the digital nature of our products.
• Purchased projects are for academic purposes only and must not be resold or redistributed.
• You may customize purchased projects for your final year submission.
• Source code and documentation are provided as-is without warranty.

3.2 Custom Requests:

• Custom project requests are subject to developer availability and approval.
• Payment terms for custom projects will be agreed upon before work begins.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity.

4.1 Project Submission:

• Submitted projects must be original work or properly licensed.
• You warrant that you have the right to sell the submitted projects.
• Projects must be functional, well-documented, and meet quality standards.
• All projects are subject to admin review and approval before listing.

4.2 Revenue Sharing:

• Developers receive 80% of the sale price for each project sold.
• The platform retains 20% to cover operating costs, payment processing, and marketing.
• Earnings are tracked in your developer dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₦10,000.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 business days.
• You must provide valid banking information for withdrawals.
• We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing withdrawals.

4.4 Support Obligations:

• Developers must provide reasonable support to students who purchase their projects.
• Support duration varies by project tier (30-90 days).
• Failure to provide adequate support may result in account suspension.

5.1 Platform Content: All content on MyFinalProject, including logos, designs, text, and graphics, is owned by us and protected by copyright laws.

5.2 Project Ownership: Developers retain ownership of their projects but grant the platform a license to distribute and sell them. Students receive a non-exclusive license to use purchased projects for academic purposes.

5.3 Copyright Infringement: We take copyright infringement seriously. If you believe your work has been copied, please contact us immediately with proof of ownership.

7.1 Pricing: All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, debit cards, and online payment platforms (Paystack, Flutterwave).

7.3 Transaction Fees: Any payment gateway fees are included in the listed price.

7.4 Failed Payments: If a payment fails, your order will not be processed. Please contact support for assistance.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL PROJECTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Projects will meet your specific academic requirements
• All bugs or issues will be resolved
• Projects will receive passing grades from your institution

10.1 Good Faith: We encourage users to resolve disputes directly through our support system first.

10.2 Mediation: If direct resolution fails, disputes may be referred to mediation.

10.3 Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
